Helical gear motor working principle
Helical gear reducer is a compact structure, transmission ratio, under certain conditions, with self-locking function of the transmission machinery.
Wherein the hollow shaft gear not only has the above characteristics, and ease of installation, reasonable structure, more and more widely used.

Reducer wear during normal operation is very slow, some gear can be used for more than 10 years. If you wear faster, we must consider the selection is correct, whether overload operation and helical gear reducer material, assembly quality or environmental reasons.
3. The drive small helical gear wear. Generally occurs in the vertical installation of the reducer, and amount of principal and lubricating oil variety. When vertical installation, can easily lead to insufficient amount of lubricating oil, gear stopped, the transmission between the motor and gear reducer oil loss, lack of proper gear lubrication protection. When the machine starts deceleration, gear due to the lack of effective lubrication leads to mechanical wear or damage.
4. bearing damage. When a fault occurs, even if the gear box sealed, still often found within the gear reducer oil has been emulsified, bearings rust, corrosion and damage. This is because the gear after running for some time, gear oil temperature rise after cooling and condensation of water mixed with water.
